• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist users with inquiries related to content moderation and online safety.
• Work alongside the moderation team to monitor and review user-generated content.
• Document user interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and moderation skills.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the user experience and content safety.
• Offer constructive feedback to enhance moderation processes and customer support strategies.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with limited supervision.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• No previous experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
