As an ORBCOMM Enterprise Solutions Architect, you’ll be a strategic, consultative partner—turning customer business needs into integrated technical solutions powered by ORBCOMM’s products and services. You’ll define solution strategies, collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, and build trusted relationships that deliver measurable outcomes for our largest customers.

In this role, you’ll work with customer cross‑functional teams, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover blind spots and transform them into actionable insights—at scale. Your deep understanding of desired outcomes will help customers achieve real‑time visibility, reduce cargo operation losses, and position ORBCOMM as their trusted solutions partner. • Drive strategic transformation: Understand client business goals and identify major initiatives that align with ORBCOMM’s commercial and technology strategies.
• Design scalable solutions: Create comprehensive, secure, and reliable solutions for complex global enterprise environments.
• Champion customer success: Act as the “voice of the customer,” translating needs into technical requirements for engineering, sales, and support teams.
• Deliver measurable value: Partner with customers to define business outcomes, develop value‑based roadmaps, and quantify ROI by linking ORBCOMM’s capabilities to tangible metrics.
• Provide technical leadership: Guide integration and troubleshooting, oversee projects, and mentor team members.
• Communicate with impact: Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Innovate continuously: Apply design thinking and stay ahead of emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and cloud analytics to drive transformation.

You’re a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and business acumen, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in intermodal or maritime cargo logistics.
• Proven consultative sales experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven industry (e.g., SaaS, software, IT services).
• Strong ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences and understand enterprise‑wide implications of IoT / Analytics / AI projects.
• Exceptional relationship‑building, design‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI‑enabled tools and automation to enhance productivity, with a commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency in three languages is strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed, up to 20%.
