We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide the proper training, tools, resources and support to reach your individual earning goals. This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production and the potential of receiving a trip for two every year.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
