Title: Recruiter Base + Commission (Uncapped Earnings, Remote)

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

We are a fast-growing recruiting agency helping businesses scale with top-tier talent. Since launching last year and growing significantly.Were now looking for a motivated recruiter who wants to grow with us, earn competitive commissions, and eventually step into a lead role as we scale further.

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants a clear path to higher earnings. Youll start with a guaranteed training base for 90 days while you learn our system and prove results. After that, youll transition into a higher base + commission model with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation:

  • Training Base (First 90 Days): $2,000/month

  • Base After Training: $2,500/$3,000/month (based on performance)

  • Commission Ladder:

    • 10% of profit for first 5 contractors

    • 12.5% for contractors 6-10

    • 15% for 11+ contractors

  • Earnings Potential: $60K-$80K+ in first year (uncapped upside)

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach

  • Submit a minimum of 10 quality candidates weekly to active job orders

  • Drive candidates through the pipeline: target 5 interviews scheduled per week with Clients

  • Achieve 2-3 confirmed hires per week (with training and support in first 90 days)

  • Build strong candidate and client relationships for repeat placements

  • Manage contractors on assignment, including check-ins and updates

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong work ethic

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets

  • Recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required we provide training
