What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Develop and manage detailed program execution plans, including program interdependencies and metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8 years of project and program management experience
- At least 5 years of experience working with product-oriented engineering teams
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams and applying Scrum fundamentals

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
