Compensation: Base salary + bonus
- Proactively source and close revenue within your book of business
- Educate accounts on the value of work management platforms
- Drive outreach via calls and emails to build and manage customer relationships
- Expand usage and adoption within client accounts
- Stay current on product knowledge using internal and self-guided training
- Track and report pipeline activities, forecasts, and sales plans
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Log all customer engagement in CRM tools
- Collaborate internally and externally to share customer sentiment and product feedback
- Fluent in German (C1+), both written and spoken
- 1–2 years’ experience in account development or SaaS sales
- Strong time, project management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to strategize and adapt
- Coachable, flexible, and proactive team player
- Previous experience with sales platforms is a plus
