Overview

We’re collaborating with a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success solutions to hire a German-speaking Account Development Representative for their remote team in Ireland. If you have experience in SaaS sales and a passion for building relationships—this role could be a perfect match!


Location: Dublin, Ireland (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Base salary + bonus


Your Responsibilities


  • Proactively source and close revenue within your book of business

  • Educate accounts on the value of work management platforms

  • Drive outreach via calls and emails to build and manage customer relationships

  • Expand usage and adoption within client accounts

  • Stay current on product knowledge using internal and self-guided training

  • Track and report pipeline activities, forecasts, and sales plans

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

  • Log all customer engagement in CRM tools

  • Collaborate internally and externally to share customer sentiment and product feedback


Your Profile


  • Fluent in German (C1+), both written and spoken

  • 1–2 years’ experience in account development or SaaS sales

  • Strong time, project management, and organizational skills

  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to strategize and adapt

  • Coachable, flexible, and proactive team player

  • Previous experience with sales platforms is a plus
