Job description

We're Hiring : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location : Remote (Spain-based)

Employment Type : Full-time

Language : English C1

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain our internal Kubernetes-based developer platform. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies, improve system reliability, and automate infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain a Kubernetes-based platform
  • Support deployment and operation of services in Azure and Google Cloud Platform
  • Improve observability, alerting, and system reliability using modern tools
  • Automate infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
  • Promote DevOps and GitOps best practices across teams
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient systems

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles
  • Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and GCP (nice to have)
  • Solid Linux and networking fundamentals
  • Proficiency in scripting / programming (Python, Bash, or Go)
  • Experience with Terraform and CI / CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana Stack, OpenTelemetry)
  • Experience with MongoDB and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
