Experience and profile required for the position

Scope or work and availability : assigment in Head Office (engineering phase of the project) in Madrid until middle of 2026 with mobilization to Construction Site for a period of around 2 years until completion of the project (expatriated conditions at Site, probabily with a local Algerian Labour Contract)

Broad knowledge of contracts management and claims. Extensive experience (minimun 10 years) and knowledge of commercial management functions and work experience of a progressively responsible nature. Extensive knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls and Construction work processes.

Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering desirable.

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills (English and desirably French), analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer service.

Demonstrate teamwork capabilities suitable for working effectively in a matrix organization with a diversity workforce comprised of many nationalities and backgrounds.
