Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of app developers.
• Deep understanding of React workflows (such as Flux & Redux).
• Develop and implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions for an outstanding user experience.
• Release applications to both iOS and Google Play stores.
• Solve complex React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 3+ years of professional experience with React Native .
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with front-end development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• A passion for speed and efficiency—milliseconds matter!
• Experience working in agile teams.
• End-to-end experience, from coding to app store releases.
• Proficient with Git version control.
• Proficiency in English (B2-C1 Level)
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on usability, security, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for excellence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
