You will be working as an Industrial Engineer in our plant to be trained to our products and processes, in order to evolve to an Industrial Engineer Position for one of our plants in an international location, as the next step of your career within Maxam.
You will participate in the manufacturing process of the Maxam designed products that will be sent onsite in the Manufacturing Plants or Mines, and you will work closely with the Plant manager.
The aim of this development program in our plant is to capacitate junior engineers to become future Industrial Engineers that will evolve internationally in MAXAM Organization, integrating these professionals into MAXAM’s culture absorbing the company’s know-how.
