You will be working as an Industrial Engineer in our plant to be trained to our products and processes, in order to evolve to an Industrial Engineer Position for one of our plants in an international location, as the next step of your career within Maxam.

You will participate in the manufacturing process of the Maxam designed products that will be sent onsite in the Manufacturing Plants or Mines, and you will work closely with the Plant manager.

Your responsabilities:

• As an Industrial Engineer, your skills in mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, process and manufacturing are important for this role.
• Assist with the design of new production plants and modules. Responsibilities include calculations, creation of equipment lists and writing procedures and manuals.
• Assist at the start-up and commissioning of new production plants.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area and complying with HSEQ policies.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Lead international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist on the Manufacturing and delivering products, ensuring correct control quality.
• Stock management.
• Planning and supervision of maintenance tasks.
• Arrange the work schedule for the team's operators and technicians.
• Supervision of the truckload with the end product.
• Assist on the supervision of the manufacture and delivery of trucks.
• Ensure that the daily and monthly production rates are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes with other departments.
• Reporting and control.
• Keep production and maintenance logs to record all activities and issues.
• Support the Plant Manager on plant needs.
• Support the team on special projects
