On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term scope. This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost completely remote with some potential occasional travel on-site within Europe. You will be joining an OCM technology team and be involved in multiple projects, ranging from a new SAP S / 4HANA implementation across other ERP projects.
You will be responsible for implementing and executing change templates.
- 8+ years of specific Organisational Change Management experience.
- 4+ years experience managing change for ERP / SAP implementations.
- Strong experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
- Experience managing change in multicultural settings.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
- Availability to join within 4 weeks.
- Candidates MUST be based in Europe.
