A leading engineering firm in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP transformation projects. This role requires a strong functional background in MM or SD, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will manage cross-functional teams and drive project success using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence two days per week.

Formación

• Experience managing mid-to-large scale project teams.
• Strong functional background in MM or SD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP project delivery using ASAP, Waterfall, or Agile methodologies.

Job Title: SAP Project Manager (MM/SD)

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid – Onsite required 2 days per week)

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: 12 Months+ ext

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong functional background in MM or SD, and hands-on understanding of MM & WM modules, to lead and deliver SAP transformation within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP project delivery using ASAP, Waterfall, or Agile methodologies
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore & offshore)
• Own stakeholder management with business and IT leadership
• Oversee SAP interfaces including MM PUR, Master Data, E-Commerce, IDocs, and 3PL warehouse processes
• Drive communication and alignment with diverse management and team members

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP functional background in MM or SD (both MM & WM exposure preferred)
• Experience managing mid-to-large scale project teams
• Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination abilities
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
