We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to be part of our IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture team.

The role

Enterprise Architecture is one of Nestlé IT’s key strategic roles and will continue to have increased importance in an age of increased digitalization and digital transformation.

As a valued member of the Innovation and Enterprise Architecture team, you will contribute to shaping the architecture for one of our Strategic Digital Transformation Platforms.



Your efforts will help ensure that IT units across the Nestlé group deliver innovative solutions that not only meet today’s business needs but are also adaptable and responsive to evolving opportunities in dynamic business and technological environments.

What you’ll do

-
Collaborate in the continuous enhancement and promotion of Enterprise Architecture (EA) values, guidelines, best practices, and artifacts such as reference architectures and Solution Building Blocks
- Support the ongoing development and execution of our architecture capability-building initiatives, including training, continuous learning, and the EA summit.
- Play a key role in a “Must-Win” initiative or program, helping to design and deliver optimal, secure, resilient, high-performing, and cost-effective solutions for the company.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, acting as a steward of the architectural landscape.

Minimum qualifications:

-
A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience




- At least 10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect and/or Solution Architect, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in Enterprise Architecture (either domain or cross-domain).
- Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex IT solutions, products and platforms.
- Strong understanding of business networks and ecosystems, as well as cloud service models such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at various levels within the organization in English.

Bonus Points If You:

Have utilized an EA Management System such as LeanIX in your work as an EA.
- Possess knowledge and experience with SAP and ERP architecture
- Have familiarity with Azure and GCP architectures and cloud strategies.
