Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience working with Oracle ERP Financials (formerly E-Business Suite), including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations, with one on Fusion Financials. Good knowledge of Fusion finance modules like AP, AR, GL, CM. Preferably, experience in Project Accounting, Billing, and Costing. Client-facing experience and exposure to integrations and data conversions are essential. Skills in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution are required.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Gather and document requirements using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
• Implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and discussions.
• Map client requirements to Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Handle Solution Design / Functional Fit-Gap / Training / Testing sessions.
• Guide client teams and business users on Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
• Conduct training sessions for business users in Spanish.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Experience with documenting using OUM or similar methodologies.
• Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex business knowledge.
• Client site work and business travel may be involved.

Education: Oracle Certification in any Oracle Cloud Financials module is a plus.
