What you will do

• Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in HR and Payroll.
• Coordinate with the SI Team Lead to raise risks and issues during any project phase.
• Participate in the design, build, test, and deployment of S4 functionality in this domain, collaborating with BPOs and the SI HR Team.
• Configure the system and validate the Configuration Guides.
• Contribute to project deliverables as per the agreement with the SI.

What we are looking for

• 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR and Payroll, covering domains like salary calculation, absences and leaves management, tax management, payment and payslip management, and labor cost reporting.
• SAP Certifications: ECC HR or SAP S4 HANA Payroll; SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Experience in delivering SAP transformation projects in Finance & Controlling, including blueprinting, functional design, configuration, data migration, interfaces, user authorizations, and testing.
• Experience working in a complex multi-country, multicultural, matrix environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to interact effectively with Business Teams and IS/IT colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with various organizational levels and third parties.
• English is the company's language (oral & written); Spanish is a plus.
