RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will develop and guide the company's technology architecture landscape, establishing principles and standards to support team guidance.

You will influence decisions across multiple levels, ensuring the future architecture aligns with both legacy and digital products at scale.

In this role, you will :

• Define application and infrastructure architecture, manage legacy coexistence, and determine where capabilities should be implemented to optimize end-to-end flows and reduce duplicated efforts.
• Partner to define enterprise data objects and data models, ensuring clear data ownership and definitions.
• Design information flows between products and legacy systems across domains to optimize value streams.
• Develop architectural perspectives on sub-domain roadmaps, providing transparency on their impact to reach desired outcomes and optimize the overall technology landscape.
• Lead resolution of complex problems across teams to enable agility and speed.
• Identify cross-domain dependencies and prioritize initiatives within the sub-domain leadership team to deliver an effective digital strategy.
• Drive and develop enterprise architecture practices, applying guardrails to facilitate speed and flexibility.
• Lead sub-domain architecture efforts and maintain overall enterprise architecture to unify the company's value chain.
• Guide architecture and technical assessments during acquisitions to ensure alignment with the total technology landscape.
• Stay updated on innovations and explore their application to enhance strategic advantages in digital development.
