We combine technical excellence with creative problem-solving to drive digital transformation across sectors. Become a part of it as a Platform Engineer and shape the future with us.

In this role you will collaborate closely with our development and operations teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud and container platforms. In a dynamic and agile environment, you will manage and develop cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes‑based environments such as OpenShift, AKS, RKE2. We emphasize a cloud‑agnostic approach using open‑source tools such as GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform, and Pulumi.

The role is fully remote within Spain, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you are most productive while staying closely connected to our international, collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage cross‑cloud solutions on Azure, on‑premises, and AWS.
  • Administer Cloud Platforms and Kubernetes clusters.
  • Leverage open‑source IaC tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi) to enable a cloud‑agnostic infrastructure.
  • Automate platform deployments and updates using CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Monitor and fine‑tune cloud infrastructure for optimal performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Maintain security and compliance standards across cloud environments with the help of your Security Team.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Document architectural decisions and platform best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Expertise with K8s CNI’s, Service Mesh, RBAC (focussed on AKS/RKE2/OpenShift).
  • Proficiency with open‑source IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD automation (preferably GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
  • Proven experience with Azure cloud services, particularly in deploying and managing infrastructure via Code.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift/AKS/RKE2 for containerized deployments.
  • Familiarity with network security and cloud firewall configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Agile working experience (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
Your advantages:
  • A permanent contract and full‑time position.
  • 30 vacation days per year for the entire team.
  • Continuous training and personalized professional development opportunities.
  • Flexible working models: part‑time options and a hybrid work culture.
  • State‑of‑the‑art equipment and tools to make your daily work easier.
  • A collaborative and dynamic work environment where your ideas matter.
