Job Description
As an Enterprise Architect Engineer, your mission will be to align Santander's business strategy and plans with technology, ensuring that business goals are supported by appropriate technical solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Communicating effectively with both technical experts and stakeholders, applying a holistic approach to create solutions that help achieve organizational goals.
- Understanding the technological capabilities needed.
- Designing application structures by translating business requirements and logical models into technical designs (business platform architectures, APIs, etc.).
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of designing and improving organizational IT structures to support business operations.
- Ability to develop and modify enterprise architecture using conceptual, logical, and physical approaches.
- Experience analyzing IT status and planning migrations to meet future IT needs.
- Familiarity with requirement analysis tools, methods, and techniques.
- Skills to elicit, analyze, and document business functionalities and non-functional requirements for successful system or software projects.
- Capability to develop a blueprint for the future IT landscape and create roadmaps aligning architecture and processes with business strategies.
