Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager Spain, your responsibilities include :

Manage all public / private GPO and public hospitals tenders.Develop the process and dashboards for AO activity including all their stadistics :

the number of tenders processed, number of tender won / lost, loss analysis, etc.Monitoring of the full activity :

announcement, preparation, submission and close follow up until final invoicing.Send the files to the entire sales / marketing / technical / finance team and take care of requesting all the necessary documents and consolidation.Check questions / responses of tender before submission.Upload tender document to the platform or via express mail, etc.Help on the analysis of statistical data of all current markets in a quantitative and dynamic mannerCoordinate with sales / marketing / technical / customer service / finance department in order to confirm sales data / pricing according to each department involved.Communicate with purchasing centers and hospitals / clinics to update data related to purchase order.Quarterly / yearly declaration of sales turnover of Mindray related to Tenders.Coordinate activities related to Regulatory Affairs.Closely follow up registration of new products on the market and updating of documentation.Support to the operations department in other administrative tasks.

What are we looking for in you?

Fluent in Spanish, written and verbal (English is preferred but not essential)Public procurement background3 to 5 years of significant experience in the same position or equivalent.Knowledge of the medical field (medical devices is a real plus)Analytical and synthetic mind, writing skills.Knowledge of monitoring tools (Acobur WeTender preferred)Mastery of office automation tools Word, Excel, PPTKnowledge of the Erp (SAP) and CRM environment is a plus.Great organizational skills, rigorous and responsible.Proactivity and autonomy with a sense of relationship developed with the various stakeholders.Result driven team playerYou must have experience in the managements of calls for tender in public procurement

Reportando Al Director General, España, Tus Responsabilidades Incluyen

Gestionar todas las licitaciones públicas / privadas y hospitales públicos.Desarrollar el proceso y los cuadros de mando para su análisis :

número de licitaciones procesadas, número de licitaciones ganadas / perdidas, análisis de pérdidas, etc.Seguimiento de toda la actividad :

convocatoria, preparación, presentación y seguimiento cercano hasta la facturación final.Enviar los expedientes a todo el equipo comercial / marketing / técnico / financiero y encargarse de solicitar todos los documentos necesarios y de su consolidación.Comprobar las preguntas / respuestas de la oferta antes de su presentación.Subir el documento de licitación a la plataforma o envío por correo urgente, etc.Ayudar en el análisis de datos estadísticos de todos los mercados actuales de forma cuantitativa y dinámica.Coordinar con el departamento de ventas / marketing / técnico / servicio al cliente / finanzas con el fin de confirmar los datos de ventas / fijación de precios de licitación acorde con cada departamento implicado.Comunicarse con los centros de compras y hospitales / clínicas para actualizar los datos relacionados con la orden de compra.Declaración trimestral / anual del volumen de ventas de Mindray relacionado con las Licitaciones.Coordinar actividades relacionadas con Asuntos Reglamentarios.Seguir de cerca el registro de nuevos productos en el mercado y la actualización de la documentación.Soporte al departamento de operaciones en otras tareas de administración.

Qué buscamos en ti?

Dominio del español tanto escrito como verbal (Ingles preferible pero no estrictamente necesario)Experiencia en contratación pública.De 3 a 5 años de experiencia significativa en el mismo puesto o equivalente.Conocimientos del sector médico (dispositivos médicos es una ventaja)Mente analítica y sintética, capacidad de redacción.Conocimiento de herramientas de supervisión (preferiblemente Acobur WeTender)Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas Word, Excel, PPTConocimiento del entorno Erp (SAP) y CRM es un plus.Gran capacidad de organización, riguroso y responsable.Proactividad y autonomía con sentido de las relaciones desarrolladas con las distintas partes interesadas.Trabajador en equipo orientado a resultados
