At Fronius Spain, we offer a job opportunity in the Solar Energy sector.

Main Tasks
  • Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers), including pre-sales assistance, PV system sizing, and monitoring.
  • Supporting cases via phone and email, and on-site when necessary.
  • Training customers through seminars, either in-house or on-site.
  • Creating technical and training materials.
  • Assisting at national sales exhibitions or trade fairs.
  • Collaborating with the International Technical Support team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in electronics or professional education.
  • Knowledge or training in renewable energies is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, repair, or after-sales service.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Technical understanding and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel.
Languages
  • Native speaker of the national language.
  • Spoken and written English, including technical vocabulary.
  • Basic German skills are an advantage.
