The role focuses on managing SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity, and improving HR processes through effective reporting and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Reporting & Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes and systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage HRIS data integrity, conduct audits, and deliver accurate reports.
  • Liaise with HR stakeholders and act as a functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors.

HR Systems Consultant – Confidential Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant to join a dynamic and global HR Operations team within an innovative and fast-paced organization in the luxury or retail sector.

This role is essential in managing and evolving the Human Capital Management (HCM) system environment, ensuring data integrity, seamless system operations, and high-quality reporting. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve the functionality and efficiency of HR processes through technology.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate configuration, interface checks, security roles, and mass data updates.
  2. Liaise regularly with global HR stakeholders and third-party providers.
  3. Act as a key functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors.
  4. Support UAT phases and validate system releases in collaboration with internal IT.
  5. Maintain data integrity and conduct audits to ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  6. Build, maintain, and deliver reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and Power BI.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and support data visualization efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, and Reporting & Analytics.
  • Strong grasp of global HR processes and systems architecture.
  • Proven experience in international environments with complex HR system landscapes.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
