Mission and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Configurator Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and performance optimization of our software solutions. Your mission will be to design, implement, and maintain robust configuration systems that enhance our product offerings, drive efficiency, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

• Design, implement, and maintain robust configuration systems that enhance product offerings and support delivering exceptional solutions to clients.
• Manage and optimize configuration processes across various projects, develop and maintain configuration management plans, utilize Axiom and Modelica to model and simulate system behaviors, and ensure the integrity and consistency of configuration data.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure that configuration management practices align with project goals and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, provide technical support, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

To be successful in this role you must have

• Strong background in software configuration and a solid understanding of Axiom and Modelica software.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in configuration management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, scripting languages, and configuration management tools will be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are critical to ensure accurate and effective configuration management practices.
• English and Spanish at a professional level.
