Are you talented, ambitious, and ready for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a SERVICE ENGINEER to work at our office in EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARIA, Cadiz, Spain. This position reports to the SERVICE MANAGER.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Job preparation: verify that parts are available and that all requirements are met, including preparation of drawings and procedures prior to attendance.
• Assess technical situations on location, providing service, maintenance, and repairs of lifeboats, davits, and cranes onboard vessels, offshore oil & gas installations, in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Service Coordinator and the onboard client on activities carried out, and ensure accurate administrative settlement.
• Perform service reports and deliver them to the Service Coordinator.
• Conduct Safe Job Analyses according to procedures and as advised by the Service Coordinator.
• Report progress to the Service Coordinator / Project Managers and the customer.
• Complete required courses related to the position / service missions.
• Participate in periodic coordination meetings as required by the Service Manager.
• Work in accordance with the company's latest Strategy, Quality Manual, HSE policy, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Other tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Your Qualifications and Qualities

• Broad technical background in mechanics, electrical, hydraulic (drive technology), and control engineering (PLCs and frequency controllers).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the maritime / offshore industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work and work at heights.
• Structured, creative, and capable of multitasking.
