Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.

• Experience with RISE with SAP environments.

Oxford Global Resources is partnering with a consumer health products company that designs and manufactures personal hygiene solutions. It operates internationally and focuses on innovation, quality, and care.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementations to lead a strategic project. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project—from planning through to go-live—ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and manage the overall project plan by integrating the plans of various teams involved (timeline, resources, budget, risks).
• Coordinate both internal and external teams (consulting firms, integrators, infrastructure, and business units).
• Lead weekly follow-up meetings.
• Oversee the analysis, design, migration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Proactively manage bottlenecks and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and steering committees.
• Monitor KPIs and deliverables as defined in the project roadmap.

Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.

At least 3 full SAP implementations, including at least one with S / 4HANA .

Experience with RISE with SAP environments.

Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.

Technical Knowledge :

SAP S / 4HANA (financial, logistics, and production modules).

Project management methodologies.

Integration with external systems and master data management.
