A progressive technology firm is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to oversee financial regulatory matters and lead a growing team. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of PQE in FinTech or payments law and a strong understanding of APAC regulations. This role involves advising on financial products, managing budgets, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Candidates willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply.

The counsel will be expected to take on managerial responsibilities, be the expert in advising on financial regulatory & payments matters, and take part in strategic discussions. We are open to relocating good talents. Role :

Advise on regulated / unregulated financial and payment products, new product launches, and delivery channels. Monitor and address emerging global (APAC-focused) regulatory developments. Manage a growing team, external counsel, and budgets. Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Requirements More than 13 years’ PQE in FinTech, payments, or financial services law, ideally with top-tier law firm and / or major tech company experience. Strong knowledge of global payments regulation, especially in APAC. You need to have had experience handling multi jurisdictional work. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
