Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Senior iOS Engineer with deep expertise in Swift and a passion for building high-performance, user-centric mobile applications. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iOS app, ensuring it delivers a seamless, secure, and innovative experience for users navigating the intersection of Web3 and traditional finance. What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop robust, scalable iOS features for the Venga app, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate user needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Champion modern iOS best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of code quality and continuous improvement.
• Optimize app performance by identifying bottlenecks, improving memory management, and refining UI/UX responsiveness.
• Integrate blockchain technologies and traditional finance APIs securely into the app.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with emerging iOS frameworks, tools, and Web3 mobile innovations.
• Ensure rigorous testing by implementing unit, integration, and UI tests alongside CI/CD pipelines.

Who You Are & What You'll Need

• 4+ years of commercial iOS development, including 2+ years of SwiftUI using NavigationStack.
• Experience or knowledge of CoreData, MVVM with Routing, URLSession, SSL Pinning, Swift Concurrency, WebSocket (STOMP), Sentry, and Firebase.
• Strong understanding of REST / GraphQL APIs, WebSocket integration, and offline-first strategies.
• Experience with dependency injection, modularization, and build optimization.
• Proven track record of shipping complex, high-traffic apps with a focus on performance and security.
• Deep understanding of automated testing (unit & UI) and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborative mindset: thrive in cross-functional teams and align technical decisions with business goals.
• Passion for Web3, fintech innovation, and solving real-world user problems.
• Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to have

• Blockchain and Web3 experience.
• FinTech experience.
• Familiarity with compliance, AML, and regulation.
• ISO / IEC 27001 experience.
