Overview

Senior Fullstack Software Engineer responsible for building and supporting our Plytix PIM. The Development team is based in Malaga, but location is flexible and remote work is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, sprint planning) to stay aligned with the team.
• Write tests and deliver high-quality, fast-running code that is tested to iron out potential errors.
• Work independently with some supervision, collaborating with other departments to provide the best solutions for customers and maintain a high-quality system.
• Provide guidance to junior developers and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to ensure smooth operation across the stack.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of work experience in web software development.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend technologies.
• Proven experience in Angular2+ frontend development (4+ years).
• Proven experience in Python backend web development (7+ years).
• Strong Python 3+ foundations (parallelism, concurrency, generators, decorators, etc.).
• High level of knowledge of RxJS and understanding of how it works under the hood.
• Strong vanilla JavaScript foundations.
• Experience working in an environment based on Docker, Kubernetes and Linux as OS.
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of cloud-native distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with Web Components.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Micro Frontends with Angular (SingleSPA or similar).
• Work from home or from our offices in the center of Malaga.
