A dynamic technology company in Andalucía is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to enhance their team. You will be responsible for leading architectural decisions in complex React or Next.js projects while optimizing performance. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in JavaScript and TypeScript, and a strong ability to mentor junior developers. This role requires on-site presence once every month and a half in Barcelona.

Overview

Senior Front-End Engineer

In CAPITOLE we are looking to reinforce our team with Senior Front-End Engineer with solid experience in code architecture and algorithmics, capable of making complex technical decisions and structuring medium / large scale applications.

Location

Location: On-site presence required 1 time every month and a half in Barcelona.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience leading architectural decisions in complex React or Next.js projects.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript and advanced design patterns.
• Strong ability to optimize performance and manage rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, ISR).
• Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms, and how they impact front-end performance.
• Experience working with complex API integrations and modern state management (Zustand, Redux, TanStack, etc.).
• Capable of mentoring other developers and reviewing code with a focus on quality and scalability.

Languages

Languages: English - C1 / Spanish - B2.

• Must comply with the security policies and internal policies of the company and the client.
• Must sign an NDA.
