ABOUT THE ROLE(S):

We are seeking two Senior Delivery Consultants to join our Barcelona team. They will support our Corporate Governance team in delivering a variety of global search mandates for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in briefing calls with clients for new mandates.
2. Conduct detailed market mapping to identify strong candidates.
3. Undertake candidate sourcing activities including direct messaging, headhunting, creating job ads, and managing applications.
4. Manage qualifying calls with prospective candidates and assist Directors in assessing prospects.
5. Analyze data for each search to produce client reports.
6. Arrange and conduct LeonidLive video interviews with shortlisted candidates.
7. Coordinate with the Search Project Management team to manage interview schedules, provide feedback, and assist with offer management.
8. Use our tech stack for business development, including market mapping, salary data research, and talent insights.

What We Look For:

• At least 3+ years’ experience as a Researcher or Delivery Consultant, preferably in Executive Search.
• Full fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy due to our diverse tech stack.
• Commitment to ethics, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage your workflow.
