As a Databricks Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in shaping data strategies, optimizing data workflows, and delivering advanced analytics solutions. This is an opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in Databricks and work with top-tier clients across industries, ensuring they unlock the full potential of their data.

Act as a Databricks SME, advocating for best practices and driving innovation in data solutions

Partner with clients to define and execute data strategies, leveraging Databricks for maximum impact

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level data platforms using Databricks and cloud technologies

Engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding for data-driven initiatives

Lead delivery teams, ensuring successful project execution and high client satisfaction

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies in Databricks

Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong focus on Databricks and ML / AI platforms

Proven expertise in Databricks, including hands-on implementation, performance optimization, and architecture design

Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their integration with Databricks

Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in translating business requirements into actionable data solutions

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making

Experience in leading delivery teams and ensuring successful project execution
