The Security Manager will oversee the security model, establishing policies, procedures, security systems, and investigating incidents to meet the Group's needs.

Key responsibilities include managing and updating the security model to align with business requirements, defining security procedures across all Business Units in Spain, developing security policies, and conducting security training for staff and providers.

The role involves leading investigations into security incidents, drafting incident reports, selecting and negotiating with security providers, and proposing updates to standards, equipment, and services. The Security Manager will also prepare security plans, manage local investments and budgets, and oversee the operational management of security personnel.

They will act as a partner to the Security department across all national Business Units and motivate the Security team in Spain to ensure high motivation and efficiency.

Qualifications include a university degree in Security, Criminology, Law, or similar fields, with at least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management, or investigations within a private or public company. The candidate must hold an active TIP Security Director Certification and have postgraduate or specialized security certifications (e.g., TAPA, Wicklander, Zulawski).
