Advising, Implementing and Running We support customers in transforming their HR function through redefining their HR organization and HRIS digitalization. We partner with market leaders to deliver technical and functional implementation projects for all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise). Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer several levels of payroll outsourcing.

Your Mission

As an SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the HRIS solution implementation (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support) for our customers across the following missions:

Project implementation of the solution:

  • Participate in implementation projects (workshops for parameter setting, acceptance, startup assistance, training of administrators and users) and write reports to follow the project.
  • Translate client needs into deliverables, write documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials).
  • Configure modules for a functional solution aligned with client needs; evaluate the impact of configurations on processes or HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent).
  • Integrate the latest version of the solution into the client’s current environment (data transfer from old to new HRIS version).

Support and maintenance of the solution:

  • Third-party application maintenance; assist in managing maintenance for our customers.
  • Address corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance tickets (bug fixes, user support, evolution development, patch and new version delivery).
  • Perform technical monitoring, train users on the final solution, advise customers on evolution of the solution and their implementation.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in French payroll (PY-FR) implementation or maintenance projects.
  • Experience in SAP HCM.
  • You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings.
  • You wish to evolve in a stimulating environment in consulting.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and French.
