• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven success in identifying top talent.
• Reliable and organized, able to commit to at least 30 hours per week.

• Create and manage job postings.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics.
