This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week working from home.

What you'll be spending your time on:

1. Collaborate closely with Development, Product, Design / UX, DevOps, and other teams and departments.
2. Work within an autonomous scrum team in an agile environment to achieve business goals.
3. Instill a quality-centric mindset within your team, overseeing design, architecture, development, code, and a stable production environment.
4. Take an active role in defining the future of online payments.
5. Provide guidance to team members on test planning, best practices, testing pyramid, and company QA standards.
6. Define and plan testing strategies with a deep understanding of complex business logic.
7. Lead and run complex end-to-end testing for web applications and services, ensuring coverage and monitoring.
8. Perform tests using SQL queries.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

1. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
2. Experience with Scrum QA methodology, fostering a culture of quality and encouraging testing by the entire team.
3. Testing experience with event-driven and microservices architecture.
4. Experience with API testing.
5. Good knowledge and experience in SQL.
6. Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies, including test planning, design, and strategy.
7. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
8. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software.
9. A responsible and dedicated worker willing to work in a dynamic environment.
10. Motivated team player who helps drive the team forward.
11. Familiarity with testing tools like Swagger, Postman, mock tools, etc.

Not a must but a great advantage

1. Automation testing execution and analysis skills.
2. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
3. Strong web technology skills and experience testing web applications.
