Overview

Our solutions are nothing without the installations of specific hardware into customers vehicles. This maternity leave back-up position for 6-8 months focuses on ensuring successful installations as a Project Manager (Field Service). This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience managing various stakeholders for the operations of an international company.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex installation projects of our solutions in Iberia and Italy
• You will be the ambassador of the Field Service department in your region: presenting key updates to a large number of stakeholders
• You will be enrolling and managing third-party installation partners (IPs) in the designated area
• Work closely with the sales department in direct sales projects, both in the pre-sales stage as well as during the execution of a contract

Who are you

• There is no set route to become an Associate Field Service Manager but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
• 5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods
• Experience with customer facing projects
• Good communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish (if also Italian that would be a plus)
• Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, flexible and thinking outside the box
• Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• MS Office software, SalesForce is a plus
