Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Intern to join our factory in Sevilla, Spain. This is a paid 6-month internship contracted through a Business School or University agreement; therefore, a valid student status is required.

Applicants must be active university students eligible to work for the entire internship duration.

What you will do

• Manage daily staffing needs for production shifts, including liaising with temporary work agencies.
• Update and maintain reports related to temporary workforce management, including employee lists, qualifications, and skills for production roles.
• Organize and manage training for new production operators, collaborating with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to assess training needs.
• Support production and logistics teams with staffing requirements for trained personnel.
• Develop key skills such as communication, initiative, teamwork, and self-learning during the internship.

We believe you have

• Enrollment in Labour Services, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or an equivalent program.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Average MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an organized approach.
• Administrative, organized, systematic, and results-oriented with a strong personal drive.
