A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Barcelona to manage payroll calculations, oversee compensation policies, and handle employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Labor Relations or a related field and a minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Excel and a high level of English are required. The position offers competitive compensation and is part of a dynamic Human Resources team.

Formación

• University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
