A European high-growth AI company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product. This is not a classic PM role; we are looking for an orchestra director who owns delivery from end to end. Candidates must have proven PM experience in AI or complex SaaS platforms, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Remote work is possible initially, and openness to relocating to the Netherlands is a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience in project management within AI or SaaS.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and decisiveness.
• Experience with agile methodologies and relevant tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product.
• Own deadlines, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Mentor teams and enforce accountability.

Conocimientos

Proven PM experience in AI, complex SaaS, or cloud-native platforms

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Familiarity with SOC, ISO 27001, and IT governance
