Formación

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for one of the leading digital banks in the Nordics, which offers a range of financial products to help customers manage their finances.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional customer support.
  • Contribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge, suggesting improvements and collaborating with your team.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to stay focused during periods of high volume.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to start on October 1, 2025.
