We’re working on behalf of a global luxury real estate and hospitality brand that’s looking for an exceptional salesperson to work on a prestigious new development of 130+ luxury apartments (price range €800k-€8 million) in Marbella.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Lead the sales efforts for a high-profile new development of branded residences.
  • Utilize knowledge of Marbella’s lifestyle and real estate market to close sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experienced salesperson with 5+ years of off-plan experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly presentable with an exceptional knowledge of Marbella.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Proactive and personable.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Reside within easy commute of Marbella.
  • Possess a Spanish driving license and own a car.
