Our Banking Consulting practice delivers end-to-end advisory services across strategy, operations, and technology. We're currently seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the Corporate & Investment Banking team in Madrid, specializing in Cash Management , supporting clients in their strategic transformation through innovative global solutions in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Working Capital .

What are we looking for?
University degree (Business Management, Engineering, Economics or similar)




More than 3 years of experience working within the Wholesale Banking Business or in a financial entity in Corporate Cash Management
Experience in transformation initiatives in Cash Management area related with business case elaboration, process definition, definition and deployment of new products and business solutions, implementation of digital platforms or IT solutions (i.e. Demica, iGTB, SAP Ariba, kyriba, etc.)
Understanding of the role of technology as a key driver for digital transformation
Software: Microsoft Office – advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of agile methodology (SCRUM, etc) desirable

What will be your role?
Provide specialized functional advice and lead transformation initiatives related with transactional banking and specifically in Cash Management products, working closely with business areas and interacting with IT teams in the client
Coordination and leadership of meetings with the client, including communication between the different areas involved in the project (business, technology, etc.)
Consolidation,



transmission and implementation of the knowledge acquired in the projects in which you participate
Supervision of senior and junior consultants, organizing their work plan effectively, controlling the quality of their deliverables and guiding them towards the adoption of the Company's quality standards
Coordination and leadership of specific areas of action within the Global Transactional Banking practice, develop analyses on market trends, research global disruptive solutions, benchmark global banks, etc.
Active participation in the development of our Global Transactional Banking offering
