Position Description

• 1. In order to adapt to the Cainiao global logistics development strategy, it is necessary to reserve and train talents in the future supply chain/logistics field;
• 2. Participate in the design of international logistics operation strategies and implementation plans that meet business needs and sustainable development;
• 3. Positions include but are not limited to: terminal network operation, quality operation, Allocate operation, distribution operation, network planning, warehousing operation, process design and optimization, logistics solutions, etc., to enhance Cainiao overseas full-link logistics capabilities and build an efficient logistics infrastructure network.

Job Requirements

• 1. Logistics management, logistics engineering, mathematics and statistics, management science and engineering, economic management and other related professional background is preferred;
• 2. Fluent in English, can be used as a working language is preferred; Small language major is preferred; Can accept global deployment is preferred;
• 3. Strong learning ability, curiosity about new things, and ability to quickly adapt to the new environment; Good communication skills and teamwork ability; Able to cooperate with others to achieve goals together; Enthusiasm for the field, believe that methods are always more difficult than difficulties, good at independent thinking and reflection.
