What You Will Do

• Collect and formalize design requirements and deploy them to tuning specialists.
• Build calibration roadmaps with experts and manage calibration schedules.
• Organize meetings to ensure calibration convergence toward design requirements.
• Follow up on calibrations managed by suppliers and ensure quality documentation.
• Define needs for test engines, vehicles, and parts according to standards.
• Manage milestone preparation and end‑of‑project synthesis, including future evolutions.
• Organize and manage calibration‑related test trips and reporting to management.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in engine calibration and tuning activities for hybrid or REEV projects.
• Engineering degree (Master in Mechanical Engineering or related preferred).
• Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis for calibration.
• Strong competencies in problem‑solving and communication, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
