The Role

Rally is seeking a motivated and well-connected KOL Manager to lead outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution with social media influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across X (Twitter) and other relevant social media platforms.

This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing KOLs who will use, promote, and evangelize Rally, helping to build momentum around the decentralized marketing movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit influencers and KOLs across crypto, AI, and social media verticals to join and promote Rally.
• Identify and build partnerships with crypto marketing agencies specializing in KOL campaigns, onboarding them to Rally and enabling them to offer Rally as a service to their clients and influencer networks.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, KOLs, and influencer networks.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute KOL-driven campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
• Monitor campaign metrics, engagement data, and performance scoring via Rally's dashboard to measure impact and optimize future initiatives.
• Engage with the broader crypto and creator communities online to amplify Rally's voice and mission.
• Gather insights from creators and the community to improve Rally's product and campaign experience.
• Represent Rally with professionalism and enthusiasm across all public interactions and collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or community management — ideally in crypto.
• Established network of KOLs, influencers, or creator partners in the crypto or tech ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of X (Twitter), Telegram, and Web3 creator ecosystems.
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with creators or KOLs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for crypto, decentralized ecosystems, and the onchain creator economy.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
