About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in this role you will manage and grow relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met while driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact providing strategic advice and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand business with existing clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent German (C2) or Native and English (C1) proficiency.
  • Previous experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success is a plus.
  • Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
