About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in this role you will manage and grow relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met while driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact providing strategic advice and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand business with existing clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2) or Native and English (C1) proficiency.
- Previous experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success is a plus.
- Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
