𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

As an IT Operations Technician within the IT Support team, your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive support across various departments within the company, focusing on improving processes and enhancing on-premises infrastructure and services. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization's ongoing growth by balancing the workload between improvement initiatives and the critical need to service internal customers effectively. You will collaborate closely with key teams including IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, Business Operations, and Office Management.

This role offers a hybrid work environment in our Marbella office.

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗣-𝗨𝗣 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗬

In your first month, you will become familiar with our existing IT infrastructure and processes, while also starting to engage with various teams to understand their specific IT needs and challenges. You will begin to take ownership of small implementation projects and start triaging and diagnosing support issues as they arise.

After six months, you will have successfully led implementation projects independently, enhancing our IT services and infrastructure. You will demonstrate proficiency in providing L2/L3 technical support and will be well-versed in onboarding new technologies and services, ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗦

• Provide L2/L3 technical support to internal customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to operations.
• Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new technologies and services, contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with established ISO27001 and SOC2 processes, maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗼𝗇s

• Experience with operating systems maintenance, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS, ensuring optimal performance across platforms.
• 2-3 years of experience as L2/3 Technical Support Technician.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Atlassian tools, enhancing team collaboration and productivity.
• Familiarity with RMM & MDM technologies, contributing to effective device management and support.
• Skills in Powershell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Understanding and experience with ITSM tools.
• Demonstrated experience in networking, with a solid understanding of computer networks and their configurations.

𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 / 𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘

• Knowledge of management tools and services such as Ninjaone and Crowdstrike.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 and/or SOC2 would be a plus. Knowledge of compliance platforms like Vanta will be accounted for.
• Experience with Atlassian products.
• Being used to automation processes and tools like Zapier, IFTTT.
