Xiaomi Technology is seeking an HR professional to manage employee life-cycle processes and provide expert guidance on HR matters. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR experience, with fluency in Chinese and English as a must. The candidate will support international staff, manage HR systems, and ensure compliance with policies. Strong communication and proficiency in office software are required for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding management and employee full life-cycle management
3. Employee Certificates Management
4. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
5. Developing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
6. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
7. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 2 years of overseas HR work experience is preferred;
3. Fluent in Chinese and English, Spanish is preferred.
4. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
