You will manage compliance, onboarding, and performance reviews while collaborating with teams in the EU and beyond. • Overseeing HR functions in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal
• Working closely with stakeholders to manage day-to-day HR issues and mitigate compliance risks
• Responsible for all HR matters including onboarding, payroll, HR letters, training, visa applications, etc.
• Managing and updating employee information in HR systems
• Responsible for annual performance, talent, and salary reviews in collaboration with EU HR
• Developing and implementing HR policies and processes
• Participating actively in HR projects
• Collaborating with HR colleagues within EU and China
• Leading a team of 3-4 HR Business Partners

Your profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of similar experience
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; knowledge of French, Italian, or Chinese is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team player with great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
